How to do alternating arm punches

  1. Set

    Sit or stand tall with feet supported. Hold loose fists in front of your chest.

  2. 1

    Reach your right fist forward at chest height with the elbow slightly bent.

  3. 2

    Bring your right fist back to your chest.

  4. 3

    Reach your left fist forward at chest height with the elbow slightly bent.

  5. 4

    Bring your left fist back. Keep your shoulders down and breathe freely.

Take care. Keep punches slow and light. Keep wrists straight and do not lock your elbows.
