How to do bent-arm rolls

  1. Set

    Sit or stand tall. Bend your elbows in front of your chest. Make loose fists and keep them apart.

  2. 1

    Roll your right fist over and forward. Keep both elbows bent.

  3. 2

    Roll your left fist over and forward. Keep the circles smooth.

Take care. Keep your shoulders down and your wrists straight. Use small circles below your face.
