How to do chin tuck

  1. Set

    Sit or stand tall with your shoulders relaxed and look straight ahead.

  2. 1

    Stay tall and look straight ahead.

  3. 2

    Glide your chin straight back, as if making a gentle double chin.

  4. 3

    Hold for a moment, then release to neutral.

Take care. Keep the movement small. Stop for dizziness or sharp neck pain.
