How to do behind-back towel slide

  1. Set

    Sit or stand tall. Hold a towel behind your back. The other hand holds it above the shoulder; the working hand holds the lower end near your waist.

  2. 1

    Lift the upper towel end a little to guide the working hand up your back. Keep the working shoulder relaxed.

  3. 2

    Keep the position comfortable. Breathe normally.

  4. 3

    Return slowly to the start position.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
