How to do distance focus reset

  1. Set

Sit or stand comfortably. Hold one fingertip about 20–30 cm from your eyes and choose a distant object at least 6 metres (20 feet) away.

  2. 1

Focus gently on the fingertip for 2 seconds.

  3. 2

Close and open your eyes in one slow complete blink.

  4. 3

Focus on the distant object for 20 seconds.

Take care. Do not force focus. Stop and arrange an eye examination if blurred or double vision does not clear.

Gentle movement guidance, not medical advice. Stop if anything hurts.
