How to do dumbbell reverse curls

  1. Set

    Stand tall with light dumbbells in front of your thighs and palms facing backward.

    Bend both elbows with the palms facing down as the weights rise.

  3. 2

    Keep your wrists straight.

  4. 3

    Lower without swinging your upper arms.
