How to do assisted palm-up turn

  1. Set

    Sit or stand tall. Bend the working elbow beside your ribs. Hold that lower forearm gently with the other hand, above the wrist.

  2. 1

    Use the other hand to guide the relaxed working forearm palm up. Keep the elbow still and wrist straight.

  3. 2

    Keep the position comfortable. Breathe normally.

  4. 3

    Return slowly to the start position.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
