How to do overhead reach

  1. Set

Sit or stand tall with your arms relaxed beside you. Leave clear space above your head.

  2. 1

Lift both arms slowly out to the sides and upward.

  3. 2

Reach into a comfortable wide Y. Keep your ribs relaxed and breathe normally.
