How to do running arm swings

  1. Set

    Sit or stand tall. Bend both elbows loosely and keep your feet supported. Leave room for your arms to swing beside your ribs.

    Swing the right bent arm forward and the left arm back.

  3. 2

    Swing the left bent arm forward and the right arm back.

Take care. Use a steady easy pace. Keep the shoulders down and avoid forcing the elbows backward. Stop if you feel pain.
