How to do shoulder outward rotation

  1. Set

    Sit or stand tall. Bend both elbows to a right angle and keep them beside your ribs.

    Turn both forearms outward. Keep your elbows beside your ribs.

  3. 2

    Hold within a comfortable range. Keep your wrists straight and shoulders relaxed.

  4. 3

    Bring both forearms slowly forward again.
