How to do shoulder inward rotation press

  1. Set

    Sit or stand tall. Bend the working elbow beside your ribs and make a loose fist. Place the other palm against the palm side of that hand.

  2. 1

    Try to turn the working forearm toward your belly against the other hand. Keep both wrists straight.

  3. 2

    Keep the position comfortable. Breathe normally.

  4. 3

    Release the effort slowly. Keep the support in place.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
