How to do shoulder outward rotation press

  1. Set

    Sit or stand tall. Bend the working elbow beside your ribs. Place the other palm against the back of the working lower forearm, just above the wrist.

  2. 1

    Try to turn the working forearm outward against the other hand. Keep the elbow at your ribs and wrist straight.

  3. 2

    Keep the position comfortable. Breathe normally.

  4. 3

    Release the effort slowly. Keep the support in place.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
