How to do upper-arm towel squeeze

  1. Set

    Sit or stand tall. Place a small folded towel between the working upper arm and your ribs. Bend that elbow comfortably.

    Squeeze the towel gently toward your ribs with the upper arm. Keep the shoulder down.

    Keep the position comfortable. Breathe normally.

  4. 3

    Release the effort slowly. Keep the support in place.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
