How to do assisted thumb-side wrist bend

  1. Set

    Sit or stand at a desk. Support the working forearm with its palm down. Cup the hand across its palm with the other hand.

  2. 1

    Guide the relaxed working hand gently toward its thumb side. Keep the forearm still and fingers long.

  3. 2

    Keep the position comfortable. Breathe normally.

  4. 3

    Return slowly to the start position.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
