How to do back-to-back wrist stretch

  1. Set

    Sit or stand tall. Bring the backs of both hands together in front of your body, fingers down. Keep the shoulders relaxed.

  2. 1

    Raise the hands a little while the backs stay together.

  3. 2

    Hold a light stretch at the backs of the wrists.

  4. 3

    Lower and separate the hands slowly.

Take care. Use a small, comfortable movement. Do not force a joint. Stop if you feel pain.
