How to do diagonal wrist movement

  1. Set

    Sit or stand tall. Bend your elbow and hold your forearm still. Hold an imaginary pen loosely.

  2. 1

    Move your hand diagonally back toward the thumb side.

  3. 2

    Move your hand diagonally forward toward the little-finger side.

  4. 3

    Return your wrist to the straight position.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
