How to do palm-down rotation press

  1. Set

    Sit or stand tall. Support your forearm. Keep your wrist straight and make a loose fist. Place two fingertips of your other hand just below the wrist.

  2. 1

    Place the other hand at the wrist to block a palm-down turn.

  3. 2

    Try to turn the palm down gently. Keep the wrist still against the other hand.

  4. 3

    Release the pressure. Keep the elbow by your side.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.

Take care. Use a small, comfortable movement. Do not force a joint. Stop if you feel pain.
