How to do gentle wrist stretch, palm down

  1. Set

    Sit or stand tall with one arm extended forward.

  2. 1

    Extend one arm forward with the palm facing down.

  3. 2

    Use the other hand to press the back of the hand gently down.

  4. 3

    Hold the light stretch and breathe normally.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.

Take care. Keep the stretch light. Stop for tingling or numbness.
