How to do wrist bend with relaxed fingers

  1. Set

    Sit or stand tall. Support the working forearm with your other hand. Let the fingers relax beyond the support.

  2. 1

    Lift the back of the hand gently. Let the fingers curl loosely.

  3. 2

    Lower the hand gently. Let the fingers open without forcing them.

  4. 3

    Return to a straight wrist and relax.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
