How to do alternating reverse arm curls

  1. Set

    Sit or stand tall. Let your upper arms rest beside your ribs. Make loose fists with thumbs outside. Start with your palms facing back.

  2. 1

    Bend your right elbow. Bring the fist toward your right shoulder. Keep the upper arm still.

  3. 2

    Lower the right forearm slowly. Keep the wrist straight and both shoulders down.

  4. 3

    Bend your left elbow. Bring the fist toward your left shoulder. Keep the upper arm still.

  5. 4

    Lower the left forearm slowly. Keep both upper arms beside your ribs.

Take care. Use no weights. Keep the wrists straight and shoulders relaxed. Stop if your elbows or wrists hurt.
