How to do archer push-ups

  1. Set

    Set your hands wide and keep your body in one line. Use this move only if standard push-ups feel controlled.

  2. 1

    Lower towards one bent arm while the other arm stays long.

  3. 2

    Pass through the centre and lower towards the other arm.

  4. 3

    Press back to the centre. Keep your hips in line.

Take care. Use a comfortable range. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or loss of control.
