How to do all-fours shoulder taps

  1. Set

    Start on hands and knees with palms below shoulders and knees below hips.

  2. 1

    Lift the working hand to touch the opposite shoulder.

  3. 2

    Keep both knees down and your pelvis level.

  4. 3

    Put the hand back slowly.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
