How to do wall-supported spine roll

  1. Set

    Stand with your back near a wall and feet one small step forward. Let both arms hang loosely.

  2. 1

    Nod the chin and peel the upper back from the wall a little at a time. Stop well above a deep fold.

  3. 2

    Keep the position comfortable. Breathe normally.

  4. 3

    Return slowly to the start position.
