How to do wall slide

  1. Set

    Stand with your back, head, and elbows lightly touching a clear wall.

  2. 1

    Set your arms in a goalpost shape against the wall.

  3. 2

    Slide your arms up the wall, keeping contact.

  4. 3

    Reach overhead, then slide back down slowly.

Take care. Keep the movement pain-free; shorten the range if the shoulders pinch.
