How to do band bent-over arm openings

    Stand on a light band and hinge forward with a long back. Cross the ends between your hands below your chest.

    Open both arms sideways while your elbows stay softly bent.

  3. 2

    Keep your hips and back still.

  4. 3

    Lower your hands slowly.
