How to do band straight-arm pull-downs

  1. Set

Face a secure high door anchor. Hold the band with long arms pointing forward and upward.

  2. 1

Pull both hands down toward your thighs without bending your elbows.

  3. 2

Keep your ribs still and elbows soft.

  4. 3

    Return slowly.

Take care. Use a light, undamaged band. Check the anchor before you start. Stop if you feel pain or lose control.
