How to do band front raises

  1. Set

    Stand on the middle of a light band. Hold the ends beside your thighs.

    Raise both hands forward to shoulder height.

  3. 2

    Keep your wrists straight and your back still.

  4. 3

    Lower slowly.

Take care. Use a light, undamaged band. Check the anchor before you start. Stop if you feel pain or lose control.
