How to do small hip side glides

  1. Set

    Stand side-on beside a wall. Rest your working upper arm and elbow on it. Keep your feet a short distance from the wall.

  2. 1

    Slide your hips a little toward the wall. Keep both feet still.

  3. 2

    Hold the small glide. Keep your upper arm and elbow against the wall.

  4. 3

    Move your hips back to the start.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.

Take care. Move only a little. Keep your upper arm against the wall. Stop if pain increases or travels into a leg.
