How to do single-knee opening

  1. Set

    Lie on your back with both knees bent and feet flat. Rest your hands on your pelvis.

  2. 1

    Let the working knee open a small distance sideways.

  3. 2

    Keep the other knee upright. Keep both sides of your pelvis still.

  4. 3

    Return to the start slowly.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
