How to do all-fours raised-knee straightening

  1. Set

    Start on hands and the free knee. Lift the working thigh into line with your trunk and bend that knee.

  2. 1

    Straighten the working knee so the foot reaches back in line with the thigh.

  3. 2

    Keep the thigh at the same height and your back still.

  4. 3

    Bend the knee again slowly.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
