How to do glute bridge

  1. Set

    Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat.

  2. 1

    Press through your feet and lift your hips.

  3. 2

    Pause briefly with your hips level.

  4. 3

    Lower your hips slowly.

Take care. Use a smaller lift if your back feels uncomfortable.
