How to do bent-knee side plank

  1. Set

    Lie on the working side with knees bent. Place that forearm on the floor with elbow below shoulder.

  2. 1

    Lift your hips using the forearm and the lower knee for support.

  3. 2

    Keep your knees stacked and make a straight shoulder-to-knee line.

  4. 3

    Keep breathing normally. Hold a comfortable position.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
