How to do bridge knee straightening

  1. Set

    Lie on your back with feet flat and knees bent. Lift your hips into a low bridge.

  2. 1

    Straighten the working knee so that leg reaches forward in line with the other thigh.

  3. 2

    Keep your hips level and the other foot planted.

  4. 3

    Bend the knee and put the foot back slowly.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
