How to do cactus forearm rotation

  1. Set

    Sit or stand tall. Lift both elbows to a comfortable height near your shoulders. Bend the elbows so the forearms point forward.

  2. 1

    Rotate both forearms upward. Keep the elbows at the same comfortable height.

  3. 2

    Pause with the forearms upright. Keep your wrists straight and ribs relaxed.

  4. 3

    Rotate the forearms forward again without lowering the upper arms.
