How to do chair-supported inner-thigh plank

  1. Set

    Secure a stable chair against a wall. Lie on the opposite side and rest the working ankle on its seat.

  2. 1

    Press the supported ankle into the seat and lift your hips.

  3. 2

    Keep the supporting elbow below your shoulder. Keep the chair still and your top knee straight.

  4. 3

    Lower your hips before you remove your ankle from the seat.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
