How to do decline push-ups

  1. Set

    Start in a high plank with your feet on a stable step or chair.

  2. 1

    Set your feet on the surface and your hands under your shoulders.

  3. 2

    Bend your elbows and lower your chest.

  4. 3

    Press the floor away to return.

Take care. Keep your hips level and use a lower surface if your shoulders feel uncomfortable.
