How to do seated concentration curls

  1. Set

    Sit on a stable chair with feet apart. Rest the working elbow against the inside of the same thigh and hold a light dumbbell.

  2. 1

    Curl the weight upward with your palm up.

  3. 2

    Keep the elbow supported and your back long.

  4. 3

    Lower slowly.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
