How to do fixed gaze with small head nods

    Sit or stand tall. Choose one still point straight ahead at eye level. Keep it clear while making tiny up and down head movements.

    Lower your chin a tiny amount. Keep looking at the fixed point ahead.

    Return the head to level while keeping the same target.

    Raise the chin a tiny amount. Keep the point clear without looking up.

    Return to level and blink naturally.
