How to do collarbone-supported neck stretch

  1. Set

    Sit tall on a stable chair. Hold the seat with the working-side hand. Put the opposite palm gently on the working-side collarbone.

  2. 1

    Tip your head away from the working side. Turn slightly toward it and lift your chin a little.

  3. 2

    Keep the working-side shoulder down. Rest the palm lightly on the collarbone.

  4. 3

    Bring your head slowly back to centre.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.

Take care. Do not press on your throat. Use only a small tilt and turn. Stop for pain, dizziness or tingling.
