How to do fixed gaze with small head turns

  1. Set

Sit or stand tall. Pick one still point directly ahead at eye level. Keep that point clear as you turn your head a small amount.

  2. 1

Turn your head a little right while keeping your eyes on the fixed point ahead.

  3. 2

Return your head to centre without changing the target.

  4. 3

Turn your head a little left. Keep the same point clear.

  5. 4

Return to centre and blink naturally.
