How to do diagonal rear-neck stretch

  1. Set

    Sit tall on a stable chair. Hold the seat with the working-side hand. Rest the other palm on the back of your head.

  2. 1

    Turn toward the opposite shoulder. Lower your chin toward that armpit.

  3. 2

    Keep the working-side shoulder down. Rest the other hand; do not pull.

  4. 3

    Lift your head slowly and return to centre.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.

Take care. Rest the hand on your head without pulling. Keep the shoulder down. Stop for pain or dizziness.
