How to do supported floor pigeon stretch

  1. Set

    Start on hands and knees. Bring the working bent knee forward and extend the other leg behind.

    Lower your hips gently while the working shin stays angled across the floor in front.

  3. 2

    Keep your hands supporting your weight. Do not force the front knee or a square shin angle.

  4. 3

    Keep breathing normally. Hold a comfortable position.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
