How to do hollow-body rocks

  1. Set

Lie in a shallow hollow shape with arms overhead and legs raised. Keep your lower back close to the floor.

  2. 1

Rock gently back as your feet rise a little.

  3. 2

Rock gently forwards as your shoulders rise a little.

  4. 3

Keep the same body shape. Use a small, slow rocking range.

Take care. Use a comfortable range. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or loss of control.
