How to do small knee extension

  1. Set

    Lie on your back with the other knee bent and its foot on the floor. Put a rolled towel under the working knee.

  2. 1

    Lift the heel. Keep the knee on the towel and the thigh still.

  3. 2

    Hold the small knee extension. Do not lock the knee.

  4. 3

    Lower the heel slowly. Keep the towel in place.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.

Take care. Use a comfortable range. Do not force or lock the knee. Stop if you feel pain.
