How to do single straight-leg raise

  1. Set

    Lie on your back with the other knee bent and its foot on the floor. Extend the working leg. Rest your head and shoulders.

  2. 1

    Tighten the thigh and lift the whole leg a little. Keep the knee straight.

  3. 2

    Hold the low lift. Keep your pelvis still and breathe normally.

  4. 3

    Lower the whole leg slowly. Keep the other foot down.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.

Take care. Use a comfortable range. Do not force or lock the knee. Stop if you feel pain.
