How to do lying hamstring walkouts

  1. Set

    Lie on your back with one heel on a sliding surface.

  2. 1

    Lift your hips into a bridge.

  3. 2

    Slide the heel away to straighten the leg.

  4. 3

    Pull the heel back in.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
