How to do lying leg raises

  1. Set

    Lie on your back with your legs straight.

  2. 1

    Press your lower back into the floor.

  3. 2

    Lift your legs toward the ceiling.

  4. 3

    Lower your legs slowly.

Take care. Bend your knees or reduce the range if your lower back arches.
