How to do wall front-arm stretch

  1. Set

    Stand side-on to a wall. Rest the working palm behind you on the wall below shoulder height, with the elbow nearly straight.

  2. 1

    Turn your chest a little away from the supported hand. Keep the elbow soft and use a light stretch along the front of the arm.

  3. 2

    Keep the position comfortable. Breathe normally.

  4. 3

    Return slowly to the start position.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
