How to do small neck turn on hands and knees

  1. Set

    Start on hands and knees. Put your hands under your shoulders and knees under your hips. Keep your head in line with your back.

    Turn your head a little toward the working shoulder. Keep your chest and hips still.

  3. 2

    Keep the position comfortable. Breathe normally.

  4. 3

    Return slowly to the start position.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
