How to do neck control on hands and knees

  1. Set

    Start on hands and knees. Put hands under shoulders and knees under hips. Keep your back level and your chin lightly tucked.

    Lower your head a little toward your chest. Keep your back still.

    Lift your head until it lines up with your back. Keep your chin lightly tucked.

    Hold the level position. Look down and keep all four supports still.

Take care. Keep your back still and do not look upward. Use a small movement. Stop for neck pain or dizziness.
